Jacobs, Oliver
Captain of the Ardent, master strategist and renown for research, planning, and a preternatural cunning in battle. Commonly believed to be the only captain who can “beat the numbers game” of drone warfare. At thirty-seven years old, Oliver Jacobs became the first Bureaucracy Naval officer in history to mutiny, taking his ship and crew with him.

Leader of an upstart criminal counter-organization operating on Merrigo. Johns maintains a reputation for cruelty and ruthlessness.
